Moritz Baumgärtel will defend his PhD thesis « From Deficit to Dilemma : An Evaluation of the Contribution of Europe’s Supranational Courts to the Promotion of the Rights of Vulnerable Migrants » in fulfilment of the requirement for the degree of Doctor in Law.
The defence will take place at the Solbosch campus of the ULB and is open to the public.
