Two new open access publications have just been published by our members:
- Chiara Armeni, Professor of Environmental Law, published in Confrontations an article entitled “Can we build public acceptance of socio-ecological transitions through citizens’ deliberation?” in which she explains how better citizen participation in deliberative processes can indirectly promote public acceptance of crucial decisions concerning the socio-ecological transition.
- Amy Weatherburn, Postdoctoral Fellow, published on the blog Human Rights Here a post entitled “Guaranteeing fair and equal treatment of migrant workers in the EU: The new Single Permit as a piece of the EU’s labor migration puzzle” which analyzes the position taken in March 2023 by the European Parliament in the negotiations for the revision of the EU Directive on the single work permit.
We are also delighted to announce the publication of a post by Alba Hernandez Weiss, visiting researcher at the Center from January to March 2023, entitled “Judicial review of investigative measures under the EPPO Regulation. More to it than it seems? A recap of the Oral Hearing in G.K & Others” (European Law Blog).
