On the 17th and 18th of May, Cecilia Rizcallah, member of the Centre and Sebastien Van Drooghenbroeck, will take part in the conference “The Essence of Fundamental Rights in EU Law” organised by the Institute for European Law (KULeuven).

They will present a paper entitled “The Essence of Fundamental Rights in the ECHR System: Searching for Sugar in Hot Milk?”
