Registrations are still open for the 21st edition of the IEE-ECLAN Summer School on “The EU Area of Criminal Justice”.

This year’s Summer School will be centred on the external dimension of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, and delve into:

• Negotiating and Adopting EU Criminal Law Instruments
• Judicial Control
• Cooperation with privileged partners and candidate countries
• Extradition & MLA agreements with third countries
• Eurojust cooperation with third countries and the ICC
• Cooperation between the EPPO and third countries in the fight against EU fraud
• EU cooperation with international organizations

Who Should attend?

• Researchers & Students interested in EU criminal justice
• Legal practitioners (lawyers, judges, prosecutors)
• EU & national civil servants working in criminal law

When and Where ?

The Summer School will take place between 30 June and 4 July 2025 at the Institute for European Studies in Brussels (Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 39).

Attendance will be possible in person in Brussels, or online.
