
ECLAN Summer School : “The EU Area of Criminal Justice” (21st edition)

Registrations are still open for the 21st edition of the IEE-ECLAN Summer School on “The EU Area of Criminal Justice”.
This year’s Summer School will be centred on the external dimension of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, and delve into:
- Negotiating and Adopting EU Criminal Law Instruments
- Judicial Control
- Cooperation with privileged partners and candidate countries
- Extradition & MLA agreements with third countries
- Eurojust cooperation with third countries and the ICC
- Cooperation between the EPPO and third countries in the fight against EU fraud
- EU cooperation with international organizations
Who Should attend?
- Researchers & Students interested in EU criminal justice
- Legal practitioners (lawyers, judges, prosecutors)
- EU & national civil servants working in criminal law
When and Where ?
The Summer School will take place between 30 June and 4 July 2025 at the Institute for European Studies in Brussels (Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 39).
Attendance will be possible in person in Brussels, or online.
