Each year, the Centre for European Law (CDE) welcomes several visiting researchers for stays ranging from<\/strong> one to six months<\/strong>. Please note that we do not accept applications for visits shorter than one month or longer than six months<\/strong>, <\/strong>nor for visits during July and August<\/strong>, <\/strong>when there are no academic activities.<\/p>\n

During the Research Stay<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Visiting researchers are integrated into the CDE team and are encouraged to engage in the Centre\u2019s academic activities. In particular, they are invited to present their research at one of the Centre\u2019s internal seminars. They will have access to the Centre\u2019s logistical support and benefit from free use of the University\u2019s facilities<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each visiting researcher will be assigned a mentor<\/strong> to discuss their research. While mentors are available for academic discussion, their existing commitments do not allow for regular guidance<\/strong> or ongoing thesis supervision during the visit. Prospective visiting researchers are invited to identify a potential mentor among the professors of the Centre and you can find their profiles and fields of interest on the page presenting the Centre’s team<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme is open to:<\/p>\n
