I was born on March 6, 1982 in Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, Ukraine. I got a higher education in law at
Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine, 1999) and a candidate of legal sciences degree
(PhD) at Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, 2009).
After graduation, my professional activity was mostly related to private law. In particular, I have held
positions in both the private and public sectors of the economy in the field of investment, economic and
labor law.
In 2020, I co-founded a law firm specializing in corporate and civil law, energy, IT and gaming industries.
In addition to legal practice, I am the author of over 30 scientific and analytical articles, 2 monographs and
2 training courses for students. I also cooperate with NGO as a mentor and trainer for the development
of critical and creative thinking, career growth, mediation and non-violent communication.
Professional interests: labor relations, workforce development, labor migration process, the ratio of labor
and corporate rights, mediation and conflict resolution, cross-cultural communication
Volunteering: City Children’s Center (family mediator, Kyiv); Parent school committee (Head of the
committee, Kyiv)
Favorite music: Ukrainian rock, folk music
Hobbies: drawing, traveling, dancing
