SUMMARY:Summer School "The EU Area of Criminal Justice"
DESCRIPTION:For the 16th  year in a row\, the Institute for European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the European Criminal Law Academic Network are organising a Summer School devoted to the EU Area of Criminal Justice. \nIntended for students and researchers working on the subject\, it also welcomes every year practitioners wishing to be trained on this topic. The courses are given in English by renowned academics and / or experienced practitioners\, and they cover all the issues concerning the European Area of Criminal Justice (police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters\, approximation of legislation\, European actors\, etc.). \nAt the end of the week\, participants will have an overview of the key issues of European criminal law including the most recent developments. \nFor more information\, and to register\, we invite you to visit the summer school’s website: http://www.summerschool-ulb-criminaljustice.eu/.
